What type of Bonsai tree is this?
I bought it about three months ago and I love it, but I’m not 100% on the care procedures, so I haven’t been trimming it anything. Basically I’d just like to know what type it is and I can do the rest, the label when I bought it was particularly unhelpful — “Japanese Bonsai Tree” great. c:

This is a chinese elm, (ulmus parvifolia). They make great bonsai, I have 2 
… You need to test the soil before watering, stick a chopstick in the soil for 3mins…tooth pick will work too, when the 3mins are up, pull it out, if it is dry, water..if its damp, wait to water it. For more help on caring for it, go to www.bonsaigeeks.com and ask questions…some helpful people there should be able to answer your questions.
